I was every satisfied with the customer friendly service by Josie and the other young lady and they were a great help as well.

I was satisfied with the patience of the sales person as I took awhile to try on different rings and was indecisive. I appreciated not feeling rushed. However, due to the recent Valentines holiday- the item & size I wanted was unavailable. She found a store about an hour away but I wasn’t able to go there until the following week. They couldn’t hold it and so when I tried to go to that location, it was already sold out by then. It’s unavailable online and as I said, it took me awhile to find exactly what I wanted and now it’s nearly impossible to track down. I’ve been directed to contact customer service to see if they can order it from one of the stores that has it. That’ll be my next move.

I was able to walk right in. I was overcharged by a sales agent the day before and upon returning the next day the new agent was very pleasant and cooperative with rectifying the situation. The prices are very reasonable and cheaper than I expected

The sales person was extremely patient ! Very professional ! And of course she was also friendly! This was my first purchase and I wasn’t sure on exactly what I wanted . I tried on several different iteams . I was highly pleased and the combinations she put together based on the interest I shared.
