Abby was the sales associate that helped us find the perfect locket for our daughter. She was so very kind and thoughtful. She made sure we were satisfied. She gave us everything we needed to wrap the present at home because we previously bought the necklace already. She truly was wonderful :)

Was able to find a holiday gift quickly & if was gift wrapped for me as well.

Customer service was very appreciated. With it being the holidays most stores are crowded and employees seem too busy to help, but that was not an issue at all at this Pandora!

Very satisfied with staff, I wish there was more options for charms, But I really wish the jelewery was better quality. The price you pay for the jewelery is ridiculous for when you can’t wash your hands shower sleep or do anything with it on, I had one ring that tarnished & it is no longer wearable no matter how much I clean it.

I was highly satisfied because I was able to easily exchange my online purchase in the store. They didn’t make my pay the one cent sales tax and they helped me find a few other items I was looking for as well.

We went into Pandora to see the Harry Potter collection. I didn't intend to buy, just see the items. My sister and I decided to purchase a bracelet and charms from the collection for our sister for Christmas. The associate, Taylor J. was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us greatly and was one of the reasons we purchased when we did. We also impulsively bought a pair of earrings while we were there and Taylor helped us through it all. She was an amazing and friendly associate.
