Pandora staff very friendly and efficient. My salesperson Taylor remembered me and the charms that I had previously purchased many months ago. Taylor couldn't have been more attentive, helpful and patient.

I lost my credit slip for a bracelet my husband bought me that was too small, so I bought another one and had $60.00 left for a latter purchase. so when I went to use it I couldn't find it.I explained what happened to sales clerk, she looked up my original purchase and found I had the $60. left to use and I got to use it that day to buy a new bracelet and charm.She was very helpful and I did not lose my credit!!
