The sales associate was very helpful in the ease of returning my ring. I had lost a gem in it, so I used the one year warranty, and she didn’t give me any hassle about it. At previous locations, I have experienced not so kind sales associates, but this one was amazing.

Xan was wonderful. She is very creative and had such great ideas for a new bracelet. I completely changed from my idea to hers! Xan offered a Pandora Preferred Card and I was accepted. I think she was more excited for me than I was. She's quite enthusiastic and passionate about her job. Xan is what made my experience at Pandora so great!!
