I was so intrigued with the email for Black Friday. The savings was exceptional and being a card holder I didn't have to wait in line. What a special bonus. All associates were so helpful, professional and made the entire transaction so easy and even fun.

I visited the Canton Belden Villlage Mall store on the evening of 11/23. I worked with the assistant manager, Michelle. Although the store was becoming crowded, I never felt rushed. I really appreciated Michelle's assistance since it took a few minutes to narrow my selection! I am extremely satisfied with my puchase. As a cardholder, I do appreciate the financing terms as well.

I received immediate attention upon entering the store. The sales associate was personable and attentive. The items that I requested to see and purchase were in stock and readily available.

They service was above par and all sales associates were very friendly. As the store was very busy I was assisted in a timely manner and the staff was very knowledgeable. The wrapped my gift beautiful and I was in and out in under 20 minutes.

Jen, the sales lady, was highly knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me expand what I was looking for such that I was happier with my selection than had I just purchased what was on display. She not only sold me what I had selected, she recalled me from a year ago and suggested a further similar item, which I bought. Overall, a very pleasing visit to your store.

They were extremely kind and caring. They made sure each person that walked into the store was helped. I had to exchange a ring due to a missing gem and they were extremely helpful!

The associate was very friendly and very helpful to my son and I. She helped us walk through some options and was nice enough to wrap for us.

They had the Bella-bot and clips that I was looking for to give my granddaughter for Christmas, so I didn't have to shop round from store to store or order it on line. The sales girl was very friendly and I would go back just because of her. I also did get a discount without waiting for Black Friday. Could have saved more by waiting, but didn't want to be out in that crowd.

This Pandora is my favorite store in the whole city of North Canton, Ohio. Justina was my sales associate and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Her suggestions on bracelet charms made the bracelet I picked out look even more beautiful. The girls in this store are wonderful with their customer service.I appreciate the fact that I don't feel rushed and they take the time to really help me. Penelope is the manager at the Belden Village Store in Canton, Ohio and she is a very hard worker and does an excellent job as manager. Thanks ladies for all your help.
