I live the Pandora Store at Belden Village Mall in Canton, Ohio because the store is so beautiful. My sales associate Katie was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She suggested things that I originally didn’t go to see but was so good at her job , that I either purchased now or will be doing so in the next few days.

Penelope waited on me during this visit. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product, very courteous and helpful, and very friendly and professional. I would buy from the Belden Village Mall Pandora store again because of the wonderful way I was treated.

I was gifted a piece for my birthday, and chose the original piece myself. It had a quality defect (that really disappointed me), and when i went to exchange the item for something that would suit me better, the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful! I chose something different (that i LOVE), but more importantly, had a great overall experience and will be happy to visit this store again. A+ job, girls!!
