I thought the sales person, Kathleen, was very helpful. She answered all my questions, as well as informed me of upcoming specials. I was extremely satisfied with how quickly I got in and out of the store to make this purchase.

My bangle bracelet kept popping open there was an issue with the clasp they gave me a new one and polished all of my charms to put onto my new bracelet.

The rep that helped the s went above and beyond for us, we went in just to look for a particular bead, but the store didn't have it, we got something else and just in conversation we talked about the bead I got for Christmas missing a stone, she was able to research my purchase history, verify the transaction and replace the bead with the LSAT one they had, even though it was a retired piece. We will definitely be making the Belden Village Store our go to Pandora store going forward.

I was highly satisfied with my visit because as soon as I walked in, someone greeted me, helped me find what I was looking for, sizes my finger, and made my purchase all within a 5-10 minute visit.

The workers were very helpful with my exchange. They were also very helpful in helping me find the ring I was looking for. They also gave me knowledge about the rings and helped give me more options.
