The wait was not as long as it usually is, especially with there being a sale so that was good. The associate was amazingly helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for. She had lots of patience as well.

A new employee Heather S. assisted me. She was kind, helpful and present. She is also very patient. I have to tell Pandora Corporate they need to improve their tagging of items for checkout. Those loose pages have been so annoying forever. You cause your employees lots of stress and your customers may not always be as patient as I am. This is NO reflection on any of your employees but a reflection on you who set up the business practices.
