Had to exchange a ring for size, clerk had good knowledge of her products and took care of me in mimimal time.

The associate helped with what I wanted to buy and didn’t let another customer get in the way or help them before me

It was my first time in the store and I was exchanging a bracelet that was a gift because it was too small. The associate who name was Penelope was very helpful. She fitted me with the right size, show me how to fasten and unfasten my bracelet and the proper way to put it on. Finally she told me about the specials that was going on and help me purchase more charms. My first experience in a Pandora store was wonderful and I look forward to filling up my bracelet!

I visited the store on Christmas eve. The store was very organized, limiting customers paired with sales associates only. By doing this the store was easy to move around in and provided a stress free stopping experience. The sales associate we worked with was very pleasent and helpful. Very Positive experience.
