Holiday season but the sales associate , was friendly and was able to help me find what I needed .

Pandora offered a wide variety of beautiful products even with the last minute holiday shopping. The store was very busy but the sales consultant did not make us feel rushed. They were helpful and attended to our needs with friendliness.

My first time in store and the sales associate was very helpful in purchasing a gift for my wife.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to the Belden Pandora location, simply due to Penelope. I waited in line for less than 5 minutes and had already knew what I was shopping for. She called me in to the store and pleasantly asked if I had anything in mind that I would like to see. All I said were "rings for my mother", she then asked what size and I told her. She pulled out an entire drawer full of rings in my mothers size, in less than 30 seconds. It made that shopping trip so convenient and quick! When I got to the register to cash out, she offered the cleaning/care kit to make sure my mother has everything she needed to keep up with all her Pandora jewelry. I appreciate quick, attentive and knowledgeable employees who genuinely want to help a customer, and that was Penelope. I will definitely be returning soon to purchase a gift for my sister!

I got a pretty bracelet and the sales associate was very nice.. initially they did forget about us but after 10 minutes of waiting the sales associate made up for the lapse in time.

This was my first experience at Pandora. I really wasn’t sure about what I was going to select. My saleswoman was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and patient! I can’t wait for my best friend and my sister-in-law to open their Christmas gifts. I’ll be shopping there for myself in the near future!

The Belden Village Pandora store is very organized with a friendly and helpful staff. I like the line concept so the staff know they are helping the next customer and keeps the store from becoming overwhelming and crowded. I received great customer service and found two great Holiday themed charms to add to my Mother's collection. My time spent in the store was efficient, and well cared for.

The sales associate was very friendly. It was easy to choose what I was looking for. The price and quality of the merchandise was what I expected.
