The sales clerk was friendly and informative. She took time and was eager to show me various bracelet options and charms. She asked about my particular areas of interest and said she wanted to get to know me a little to assist with possible charm choices.

Alexis helped us right away and knew the products very well. She showed us different charms and explained how they are made.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by a very cheerful, friendly and helpful sales staff. The sales staff recognized me and remembered what I had previously purchased.
