The sales people are always very patient. They would pull out 300 items if I asked them to and not bat an eye. Everything that I was looking for was in stock.

Store was clean. Sales person was pleasant and helpful. Merchandise was perfect.

Greeted immediately upon entrance. Salesperson was helpful. We were the only ones in the store so we were able to quickly select our item and get out of the store within 10 minutes.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to show me numerous charms. She also cleaned all four of my Pandora bracelets and I only had to wait a short time (less than 20 minutes) for her to complete the cleaning. I am happy with my purchase today and the look of my cleaned bracelets.

The sales associate was helpful as were all associates. We knew what we were looking for but welcomed their opinions. They cleaned our bracelets and helped to arrange our new beads with our previously purchased beads. We didn't feel rushed or pressured. (The store didn't have the dangle I wanted, but said the original shipment sold out quickly and they had not received anymore as yet.)

I was very thankful for help with recreating a bracelet that was lost.

Linda was so helpful. I wanted to exchange some charms I got for my birthday and purchase a gift for my friend.

Service was delayed. I stood for a few moments before anyone offered assistance.

NO GEMSTONE RINGS IN SILVER

In this particular store I experienced some resistance such as the clerk would only pull an item out the tray for me to see. I told the clerk that at the other store the clerk actually showed me different trays of charms without me asking. It wasn’t until I showed the clerk my other charms that she treated me as a patron not a thief.
