Didn't have a good selection of charms

Could have been more helpful with suggestions since it was pre-Valentines Day

Everything very good when we’re been there, but only a manager the second shift at that day, she was really nasty with us, I shopped at Belden village mall

At first the sales associate was a little skeptical about helping seems like her phone was more important. She then loosened up and was very helpful.

Prices cheaper. Store clerk was helpful. Store was clean and shining

Felt rushed / didn’t have my first choice

It was just a basic sale.

Not a lot to pick from

I’ve had an experience in another pandora store with the product that left a sour taste in my mouth

I felt like the associate immediately assumed she wouldn’t get a sale from me so she kind of rushed through showing me things and had a “ so do you want it or not “ attitude. There were more customers in the store so maybe that added to the stress of servicing everyone due to there being only two associates, either way I still left with a almost $300 purchase… I would have gotten more if I felt I had more time , the only reason I purchased what I did is because I already had my mind set on it before entering the store
