Because the people are nice the things in the store are nice the people are friendly I love all the charms and the rings and the necklaces I love to get discounts and I just love sales

It took to long for the associate to greet me. I was in the store for more than 5min. I know she was with another person but a hello would have been nice.

I really liked how as soon as I entered the store someone was there to help me! My associate was not familiar with all of the products but other associate were very happy to help her.

They was out of the ring i wanted and 2 other rings they didn't have in my size. But the 2 rings i bought i was very satisfied with!

Been getting the Christmas ornament/charm for wife the last 5yrs. Now you sell separately to make More money and you were already sold out of charm.. I liked the combo.

The ring I went on to purchase was not available in my size. I asked about 3 other rings and they were not available in my size either so I settled for a different ring.

I really was satisfied wit the associate manager she really helped me a lot took out time with me in the store to help me find what I needed she cleaned my bracelet for me she was very professional with me I buy a lot of charms from there I love the Pandora store it was a pleasure having her work with me

I needed 3 bracelets and I would have like to see a display of all available instead of the clerk pulling one at a time from bulk boxes. That was confusing and hard to compare.

Hannah did amazing job trying on rings and show different styles of jewelry to me.
