I was satisfied with my visit. My reason for coming in was because my braided bracelet fell apart. And was told they didn't do repairs.I've only had it for year and half. It was given to me as a gift. I wouldn't recommend that particular bracelet to anyone if they fall apart that easily. I did purchase a different bracelet.

My 1st criticism is that we had to wait too long. There will 7 customers &yet we had to wait outside. Second criticism is the store was way too warm.

Because the young lady who helped me was very nice and she also answered and told what she could about what I ask her she smiled and even offer other ways to get what I was buying So Thank You Ms Taylor so much for Taking out the time and not Rushing Me B No 206835

some of the charms were out of stock and they didn't have a good choice of glass beads only three different ones to choose from i really thought the other sales associate was a little rude because while being help by Victoria she came over and reached right in front of me without even saying excuse me or anything more than once other than that I was happy with the Assistance of Victoria

Wish the had everything that is in the book. More clips. Offer some suggestions that are of interest. Overall I love this store.

Hello, I only wear Pandora bracelets. I have for many many years. Today was a great experience. Courtney the store manager was very nice. I have a pug named Alice and I had to have the Alice in Wonderland set. Everything was in stock but the Mad Hatter. Courtney said I would be able to get the 10% off of that when it comes in stock since I would have purchased it if it was in stock. I did ask her for a new version of the Pandora jewelry box that is out now, and she did good. She did not give it to me. I understand, but that would have been amazing. I asked if I could be called when the Mad Hatter charm comes in and Courtney told me that they gut trucks and to call in and see if it is in stock. I do have a question. I have a complete list of all of my charms and bracelets. When and why did the policy change that you have to stay in the store while being cleaned. That is very nice, but I have a lot of charms that would take hours to clean. I don't mind leaving my jewelry there. I have insurance and photos. Thank you for listening. Thank you. Not a lot of gold to choose from. Sales associate didn’t show me clearance bracelets until I asked about a certain bracelets. Sales items are under the cash register and no one is aware of them.

For charms I was getting for my Mom there are no sports charms football or lacrosse and I was looking for a college charm as well nothing there either. Need to add these items
