I ordered my purchase a day a head to avoid Black Friday crowds. The associate was not able to find my order right away due to it being under my first name versus last name. Yet, after they found it, I was able to purchase it quickly and leave.

My fiancé’s bracelet was cleaned and when we got home we notified a lot of discoloring on a few charms and on the actual bracelet itself. I’m not sure if it’s from the solution that was used to clean the bracelet but it wasn’t like that before we asked to clean it.

Had to stand outside of store for a long period of time to wait my turn.This was due to social distancing so I do understand. I was uncomfortable standing for 25 minutes tho.

I was satisfied with this experience other than the reason we came in the first place. I came to get my ring fixed. The diamond in my pear ring was loose.

I was very satisfied, I was just concerned I may have chosen the wrong size ring for my daughter which were on clearance and was told final sale. I took a chance and hoping they are the right size for her. Just wish you offered an exchange with in a week if they happen not to fit. Here’s to hoo they do!

It was a rather ordinary experience. Nothing really over the top or extraordinary that would make me pick very satisfied. It was quite busy and store was full (2 be expected weekend b4 xmas) yet I was helped in a very timely manner and I guess nothing really blew me away to mark very satisfied. But my rating wasn't intended to be a negative mark on my experience at all.

The store was very small and hard to maneuver. It was overcrowded, and not enough associates to help everyone. When asking for help with prices the clerk used a catalog and took a great amount of time to do so.

I wish pandora made the clasp for the bracelet available. I had to purchase a new bracelet to accommodate my charms, when a simple clasp would have been sufficient.
