Great customer service!

There was no catalogs in the store and the sales person didn’t know there is a sale on your website.

The store format has changed making it confusing to find the charms. All these little tables that you can’t really see what you want. There is less room to move around in the store.

I was exchanging a ring that started to turn my finger green. The woman there simply took my ring and put it back into selections to be sold and gave me a new one. I asked if this was a ring someone else could of turned in and something could have been wrong with it. I believe I should of been sent a brand new ring and not given one that could of had something wrong with it.

Having to wait in a line to even enter the store.

The wait is ridiculously long at times

Well, lot of your items was out of stock but was able to find something. Reason for not visiting store in 90 days because I from Florida. But l will visit Pandora store in Florida within 90 days. Thank you.

Did not have the size bracelet that I needed. Choices of charms were low. Sales associate did not even give us the option to order online or suggest calling another store.

The quality and quantity of the charms was very good. There were seasonal and even younger themed merchandise available to purchase.
