I visited twice over the weekend. My second visit was fine at Belden Village. My first visit at Strongsville mall was okay. The sales associate did not seem very knowledgeable and I question whether the charm I wanted that she said she couldn’t find was at the store or not. While she “looked” for it, she left me standing there with a charm not even on a tray, which seemed awkward. She just handed it to me and I held it while she ran around. I tried to hold it outward so people didn’t think I was trying to steal it. It just seemed weird. Also she was extremely overweight and while bending over to look for the charm, her leggings became see-through and I could see her thong. It was an extremely unprofessional and awkward shopping experience.

The sales associate wasnt too enthusiastic. Looked as if I was a burden. Or possibly just bored even though it was Saturday after black Friday. .

I was very disappointed that the limited edition charm which I had just received an email about was not available in any of the local stores. There was no indication in the email that it was not currently available in stores or that it was online only.

upset, because you sent me a survey , because I think this should have been sent because my husband obviously bought me the necklace I asked for for Christmas and now the surprise is ruined!!!!!!

The store was great. We shopped Saturday and my ring has already lost its cz and I am not happy at all. Now I have to take it back and I am getting my money back and going to a real store.

stone fell out of ring for the second time. I am worried about what to do after the warranty expires.

I received a mailing from Pandora but did not have it with me. You need to send copies of those mailings to the stores so that people can check them out.

I personally felt like she was either bothered by our questions or didn’t want to wait on us! Wasn’t the friendliest person.. Maybe We didn’t look like she wanted us to. My daughter wanted to purchase a bracelet and 1 charm for her best friends birthday. She seemed annoyed we weren’t purchasing more.. I just wasn’t impressed..

The original ring i wanted they did not have my size which kinda really sucked. I ended up getting the same ring in a color and switched my plan which i'm okay with but it wasn't what i went in originally planning to buy. The reason i was not highly satisfied was because as soon as she said that they were out of my size in the ring she wanted she walked away and started ignoring me. I had to get her attention a second time after a few minutes of awkwardly standing there so I could look at the ring i ended up purchasing.
