My husband went in to the store to purchase a specific charm. He told the associate which charm he was looking for, and she told him they didn't have anything like that. He looked around a little and found the charm himself.

The only significant complaint I have is that it was a little difficult to move in the store. There were about 6-8 customers in the store with me and with the display stands set up between the main center desk and the wall displays, it made it difficult to move past people.

Received as a gift for Christmas, ring was too large, size needed not available said to check back. Checked back 3 times before someone suggested leaving my name, size needed and phone number. Took 3 months, but finally came in and it was too large also. But the next size down worked, no one prior had suggested trying other sizes just told me what I needed. Happy that I finally have a ring which fits.

The Store Assoicate was very nice, & pleasant, was abt to return my items, since I never wore my items & was in the 30days of the return, but she talk me into keeping items, & added 2 additional included ring & pair earrings since the promotion was going on until 3/25!! VERY SATISFIED!!

There was a deal for a Pandora card. The bank (not your fault) had some kind of problem which took a while to even contact them. Even then the problem wasn't completely solved.

The sales representative didn't seem knowledgeable about a couple charms and prices. She assumed that I was looking at knock off Pandora charms when I mentioned I found these on Pandora's website. I am well aware of knock-off brands and always buy quality merchandise. I became defensive from her quick accusation that I was looking at fake charms. I am a regular shopper at this store and am always satisfied with the sales associate. I will definitely avoid this one. She didn't seem to care for our encounter after I showed her the charms on your website.

The associates were distracted when we first entered. Although the greeted us, they did not look up from their tasks.

I knew what I wanted to buy prior to coming to the store. First time buying something at this venue versus buying Pandora (my favorite jewelry) at another venue. The clerk was compliant yet not very personable; possibly due to it being the Christmas season. I did need to ask her to gift wrap it and the other clerks automatically did it.

I had missed the 35% off sale by three days because I was visiting my grandchildren in Boston. The associate said I should have shopped while I was in Boston. I thought that comment was ignorant. I spent over 250 dollars today.
