Everything was good except we felt rushed to make a decision. They have us very little time and kept pushing us to make a choice.

Out of merchandise I wanted to purchase. Very slow getting in store to shop. 10 people allowed in store including associates. So only 4 customers total. So stupid spent more time waiting to get in store than actual shopping

The salesperson didn’t offer to put my charm on my bracelet. Wish i had my previous sales associate she was on the ball

Sale was for a gift set for $175 which included the bracelet and 3 charms which were priced $55. I wanted $40 charms which would save the your company money and they declined. Very poor service but young lady sales clerk was polite.

The First Lady I approached at the store was extremely rude and not knowledgeable. She made me feel as if I were dumb and didn’t deserve her time. I was then transferred to the manager at the Belden location who was nice but her kindness does not make up for the rude associate I first spoke with. Very disappointed and hope that she doesn’t treat other customers like that.

I brought my 20 year old son to purchase a charm or earrings for his girlfriend. He was unsure what he wanted and the sales clerk was not helpful. When I asked where the earrings where the previous customer had them out so we were able to look at them. When he didn't see anything he liked, we asked to see the charms. He was unsure what he wanted. I asked if we could see some charms and was told we have over 100 charms and you need to narrow it down. She stated she could not possibly get them all out. I wasn't asking for all of them just a selection of a couple to trays for him to look at. She then said well since its your girlfriend do you think "love" category? He said yes, and we got to see one tray of charms. Luckily he found one or settled for one he liked. The day before I was in and the sales clerk I had showed trays of earrings, rings, and charms. I ended up buying one charm and two rings. Maybe he would have bought another charm if we could have seem more than one tray.

The sales associate was not friendly. She did not seem like she wanted to be there and gave me no feedback while I was trying rings on. She was quiet and I felt uncomfortable while in the store because she barely talked.

Though it was Christmas weekend I do not appreciate having had to stand in line for extended periods of time to enter the store with no regard to customer comfort or disabilities. There were four associates and thus only four customers allowed in the store at any given time. This presented an undue detriment to myself and possibly others.

Had to wait outside store because the sales associate refused to let us in until EXACTLY 10 am, even though the doors were unlocked. While you had the rings we were looking for, you were out of the sizes we needed, so we had to purchase them in off sizes. Then, the price you advertised online, was not the actual price in the store. When i discussed that Jared jewellers had your ring priced lower, the associate am finally discounted the rings.

The sales associate helping us was rude and very demeaning to my daughter about the exchange she was wanting. This ring has had issues previously and in the past sales associates were willing to help and not treat her as a child. And in explaining the issue the sales associate continued to be rude and blame my daughter for the issue although she had answered all her questions with a no. Definitely won’t be back to the Canton Pandora store.
