I bought a gift for my daughter Christmas and she brought it in to exchange the size of bracelet and they didn’t let her because she didn’t have the receipt.. and when she took off the bracelet to try on other sizes they dropped her charm in their box.. and tried to say it wasn’t hers that she needed to prove that it was hers

I requested a chain for my bracelet to keep my charms on. She showed me the ones she liked not all of them. I found the other chains while I was checking out and she shared why she didn’t like them. I’m shopping not the associate.

Ordered online.. the product was in stock at chosen store! But 2 items were shipped.(out of 3). got an email 9 am stating order is ready for pickup. 12:45 pm same day another email stating your order has been shipped. Called store at 1:00pm to verify merchandise was in fact at store. They held the other 2 charms for me….. so now in a few days I will have to take back the charms that were SHIPPED. Tried to cancel order told me I couldn’t…. Disappointed in the transaction

I recently bought Sisters connecting Hearts that are suppose to say SIS & SISTER. I was given 2 SIS & they don't connect so I'll be making a trip back to the store to exchange the gift that was for my Sisiter.

I was handed a book in line to chose items and the product i chose was not available. I purchased two items and was only given two other options. There was no "in store shopping "Both items were placed in the same box and they were purchased for two people. She told me she was unable to link my items for the warranty as they were just too busy. I would need to do this online myself. So much for customer service and assistance with sales>

I have had multiple problems with my bracelet that has been replaced. With that being said, the warranty goes by original purchase & NOT when it needed replaced. Therefore it’s junk & I am done buying Pandora.

With it being mothers day weekend, stores need to be over stocked. Had to settle for a charm I really didn't want for a gift just to have a gift.

I am new to the Pandora collection and purchased 2 Pandora ME charms not knowing they were too small for my bracelet. I was going to send them back via mail but noticed I could return at a store close by. The main associate that checked me out was nice but the store lead made me fill a bit uncomfortable. I used AfterPay and she made it seem like that type of purchase was frowned upon. I am glad no other customers were in the store because I would have left. I purchased 2 charms just because I felt she felt I couldn't afford to shop there. The feeling was very uncomfortable especially for a first time shopper at The Summit Mall location in Fairlawn Ohio. The sales associates were rude and not very helpful. I waited while one associate rang out a customer then asked for assistance but the associate said she was going to help the other associate who was already with a customer and needed no assistance. I clearly got the impression she just didn’t want to assist me. I walked in knowing what I wanted and would have been out quickly. I did not feel welcome and I was surprised there wasn’t a manager in sight. These two young girls did not demonstrate customer service excellence.

I went to the Summit Mall in Akron, OH location and the workers did not enforce social distancing or care very much. The worker that helped me specifically was helping other people at the same time and a different worker told me the ring sizes don’t go below a 5 which is not true.
