The women taking my card and order for my ring was kinda rude and just not willing to help. She didn’t have much knowledge on the ring and info on it and literally threw it in my bag

Associate was not very helpful. BF bought me another bracket with some charms. I asked why he didn’t get spacers to keep the charms in place and he said the associate told it was needed. Now my charms just slide off. My bf also stated he felt rushed is probably why she didn’t try to up sell

I was not satisfied with my Pandora visit because I did come into the store there was one lady she was assisting a man and he was so indecisive to the point I waited 20 mins to be assisted or asked if I needed help when I was already waiting at the counter. I wanted to purchase 3 items but I bought one instead because service was so poor.

buying this for an 85 year olds birthday, just because it was on sale , it cant be returned for an exchange if she has one identicle to it. this doesnt make me happy, i am not rich and still wanted to get something nice for this lady,

I bought my girlfriend the a sliver bracelet, the one that has the sliding clip, just before Christmas. Not even a month later it breaks, like falls apart. Makes me frustrated that the thing I payed 65 dollars for was that low quality.

Rude employees. Not helpful and rushed to make my decision. Had to wait in line to get in. The only store in the mall making you wait like this.TERRIBLE! !!!

The employee that helped us was amazing. The selection of charms was so upsetting. I went in to fill up a bracelet but left w only a couple charms. THEY WERE OUT OF 95%of what I needed. All the customers around me were having the same problem

I made my first purchase on a Disney Cruise a week before visiting my local Pandora store. Even in past visits to this location, the associates are not plesant but have a snooty attitude. It is a beautiful store with beautiful merchandise but the store/merchandise does not exist without the customers.
