Due to Cv-19 and the policy of only 3 allowed in store at a time, the manager of the store insisted that my 9 year old daughter stand outside of the store - ALONE- while myself and my oldest daughter were shopping. We are all one family - 3 people! I get the social distancing, but you can’t seriously suggest a child, wait alone. I left the store and did not want to shop, but the item we needed I could only find at Pandora.

Walking into this pandora store it didn’t feel like a normal pandora store no energy at all. I was asked if I knew what I was coming in for. I answered no I did not and The associate went back and stood behind the counter clearly not trying to get a sale. If I had time I would’ve went to Dillard’s and purchased and Alex and Ani instead

I waited for over 30 minutes in a line. Your store did not have sufficient sales help. In the past you had a person doing the checkout documents so that the sales person could get back to the next customer. This store lost several sales as I heard people going by that they weren't going to wait in that line. The problem is that I wanted to buy the 2019 Christmas bead for my wife. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I then learned that you were sold out of it. You should put a sign in the front window so customers don't waste time.

got someone else's emailed reciept and did a "reply to" you to let you know purchaser entered wrong email. surprise, it bounced. now the actual purchaser is probably ticked that he didn't get the reciept he requested.

I was told by Penelope S No. 162133 that I had to go back to Summit Mall to exchange my sisters ring that it said that right in the return policy on my receipt. I came back to the store a few minutes later after I read the return policy and she insisted on giving me a gift card. When I asked for the ring I wanted she took the gift card off the sale. She was huffing and puffing and so rude. Why would she make such a big deal to just exchange a ring????

I came to pandora on Sunday to get a ring to go with my engagement ring, because with unfortunate situations we can not afford the wedding band that goes with my engagement ring. So I thought no better place to go than pandora because I know the ring will hold up until I can get my wedding band. Well right when I told the girl what I was looking for, her who peppy attitude turned into this crappy one. I was asking her opinion and you would clearly tell she didn't approve of what I was doing. I already was down that I could not afford what I wanted. It honestly broke my heart. I have spent more than a grand at this store. I love this place. But unfortunately I will not be returning here. I will not feel like that. So I will eliminate the problem.

I went in to purchase a new clip in which I showed the sales associate and she told me that it the spacer I needed in fact it wasn’t. There were 2 associates working one did not even greet us and the one that did was not helpful at all. She didn’t bother to try and help me figure out what I was looking for. She did t offer or show me anything new. Then after I still made a purchase I asked her to also clean my ring and it seemed like such a big ordeal that I left it anyway then came right back and picked my new purchase and ring up and left. Very disappointing.

Always a long time customer ,however as As management turned over the sales staff has gotten worse they are not Pandora friendly knowledgeable and the one girl had so much of jewelry on however it wasn’t Pandora it was junkie and the nail polish and everything it just takes away from what you expect from Pandora there’s no friendliness and the new manager is the most unfriendly person I have ever been aroundI’m very disappointed and so are my sisters my mom my aunt my friends with the store and general please do something because I really like Pandora however I do not like going in to the stores anymore The Wanted Belden Village needs some serious help because it is just on friendly just a walk-in you don’t even want to stay you just want to get your item and go thank you if you have any concerns or questions from a district point of you you’re welcome to email me back however I do not want to hear anything from the store thank you

For the past year or more I have been looking forward to purchasing a ring from Pandora. I have many friends and loved ones that have beautiful rings and jewelry from this company. To say I was excited about finally purchasing this ring would be an understatement. I saved my money and finally decided that as a Christmas gift to myself I would get a ring. The process of picking out the ring was easy enough. But then after two days of wearing the ring (removing it at night), it left a dark mark on my finger where the ring had been sitting. When I returned it all the associate told me is "that is what sterling will do to your skin". I have two other sterling rings and a bracelet I wear daily that never did this. I was extremely disappointed.
