I waited outside the store for 1 hour and 30 minutes, because they treat everyone as if they are thieves. They let from 1 to 3 people in the store at a time, so that they can watch your every move. Was there purchasing charms for my birthday sales associate took my Bracelets 2 full to be cleaned when I asked her about counting them putting them in book she said we didn't need to , but thank you for keeping her in check. When I returned my charms where off my bracelets because she didn't hook them. So not only did she not count them, they fell off my bracelet. That's 37 charms I have purchased there. Starting my third bracelet. I was not very happy. Not a good feeling on Birthday
