Associate had an argument with customer while helping me

I ordered a charm of sister and I was given one for friend.

Not enough workers and they are not friendly or welcoming

The lighting in the store is to bright that it makes the store warmer than it should be. On a hot day then going into the store and sweating is not good. You got to do something about the lighting it should not be hot in the store like that otherwise the service was great.

They had the Star Wars display, however they were out of Yoda charm

One of the charms I wanted they did not have. I spent $400.00 and they had the nerve to charge me for 3 gift bags. Very insulted.

It wasn't the sales associate it was the machine that was being used to swipe my card. It wouldn't allow my card to go through and I had to go to an atm for cash and the closest one was about 7 to 10 minutes away

They didn't had nothing I was looking for 😔☹😠

I purchased at a different location on wed but was not told of the promotions that were on for this weekend.i would have spent more had I known. This location did not seem to happy of my decision to to return some items although I purchased even more items. There are also no protection barriers on counters. There was only one staff working at 11:30 am and they were nice very cordial. I would go back since I shop in that mall often but not because of staff

The sale associate wasn’t the friendliest. She kinda seemed annoyed when I didn’t know what size bracelet I wanted. Online the bracelet I was inquiring about had sizes listed as 90 and 98. When I went in store she told me small, medium, and large. I tried on the medium and it fit great. I asked a few other questions and she just seem annoyed as she answered them.
