They had really good customer service, it was busy yet very satisfied with the customer service. Rian M. was great and really helpful, even tho we knew what we wanted she really got taken care of us and got us checked out pretty fast for a busy day.

I have a pandora bracelet and love getting new charms, I was in that day to buy a friend a bracelet with a charm, she helped me find a nice charm to go with it and sizing of the bracelet as well.
