Covid procedures were being amazing! Sales person was very knowledgeable and gave her honest opinion when asked. Did not have the ring I was looking for but she gave a few options on availability. I still took a second option ring. She was very helpful on getting to see what my ring size is seeing I just gave birth and gained some weight

Thursday was excellent. Patient and understood exactly what I want and explained all the charm equittete. I was very pleased

Tahur, the associate that helped me was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. The personal made sure that safety protocols were taken. The selection to choose from was excellent. I felt very comfortable making my purchase.

The customer service was amazing from start to finish! Before entering the store the associate checked my temp and provided sanitizer for my hands. This made me 100% comfortable entering the store; let’s me know they are following safety procedures to slow the spread. The sales associate that assisted me was the sweetest person! She was so patient with me. I wandered into the store while Christmas shopping and decided to treat myself to a bracelet. I knew absolutely nothing, but she helped me step by step. She was pleasant throughout the visit even as I changed my mind on charms. I will be back soon!! I truly appreciate this team so much! Happy holidays!
