First time picking out a gift a Pandora. Just walking in the vibe was great, Tamara was very knowledgeable and friendly towards helping me pick out the perfect bracelet for my girlfriend. Definitely recommend asking for her every time you come in you won’t be disappointed!!!

Shermin(Assistant Manager) of the Sugarland store was extremely warm as I entered the store. She was attentive and knowledgeable while maintaining Covid 19 guidelines until i left. Very happy with purchase and service experience.

The sales consultant explained to me that due to covid19 she was unable to clean my bracelets, although disappointed I appreciate the measure put in place to keep everyone safe. She went above and beyond to sell me a cleaning kit, explained how it works and even offered a call for help if needed. She also informed me about future sales to keep me coming back!
