The sales associate was very helpful and fast. I love that cause I was going at my lunch time, would definitely come back and ask for her for the great customer service she gave.

Nice experience overall, the associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to show me all the products and help me find the perfect gift for my friend! Just one side note though, another associate tried to push me to buy a stopper for my bracelet, I didn't like her approach.

The associate welcoming to the store with a smile. Display of the merchandise I was interested in. Made me feel special and attended to. And the other staff that came out was just as pleasant. This store always provide great service!

They informed me that my bracelet was non repairable and got me a new bracelet and informed of having the clips with a free cleaning kit

When i went into the Pandora store the lady was very kind. i told her what i wanted and she immediately got it and knew my size. she was also very helpful with helping find what charms i wanted.

Diana was just amazing!! She cleaned my bracelet that was extremely dirty and it looks almost as good as new. She informed me of the free cleaning that I can do so my charms can get cleaned which was what I was most worried about!! She then convinced me to buy 5 new charms and although it was very expensive 😭 it was definitely worth it!! I will definitely be back to see Diana!! She is very knowledgeable super friendly and I was only be back to sugar land first colony location to see her especially so she can take more of my money 😭😭😭 !!!
