My wife loved the Mother’s Day gift.

Even though we are experiencing this crazy pandemic the Pandora store still remained very helpful, professional, friendly and clean experience.

I did not go in store I ordered online and picked up in store. Would if rather then have curbside pick up due to COVID 19

We were acknowledge as soon as we walked in; even though every one was assisting a customer at that time. The Sales Associate was friendly, fast and courteous. She smiled throughout the process. This was a wonderful experience more so because I hesitated even going inside a mall let long this location. I live on the other side of town. I would have normally visited the store located in Memorial City Mall near my home but due to COVID-19 they were only offering Curbside assistance. I purchase my daughter your tear drop ring for her 21st birthday. I ordered the wrong size. Needless to say I will be back. Excellent Customer Service. Denise was awesome!!!

Great experience

I bought and exchanged the same bracelet twice, it kept breaking. I exchanged it for a bangle. It had been a little over the return policy, but they let me do the exchange!!! My daughter bought me the bracelet and I want to make sure it lasts forever. Thank you
