The sales associate, Shermin A. was fantastic. She was nice, sweet, kind, and patient with my many questions. She was very helpful and did not rush me nor pressure me to buy anything. I appreciated her greatly. And, the sales incentives of the $25.00 off a $100 purchase plus 10% discount on items greatly increased my decision to buy more, than less. Shermin will be the reason I go to this Pandora. I have been to others, and none were so friendly and helpful.
