Pandora Jewelry

I had a great employee take care of me, she seemed like she knew her stuff around the store. She made it easy for me to purchase my merchandise. Also the jewelry is very pretty and seem to be in a reasonable price range.

I went in just to get a single charm, but the sales associate told me about a sales where if I purchased 2 charms, I could get 1 free. Plus she was very helpful in helping me to rearrange the charms on my bracelet, separating the dangling charms from the regular charms. She also helped me to better secure my charms by purchasing some additional stoppers. Lastly, she cleaned my Pandora bracelet where it had not looked this good since when I originally bought it. I definitely plan to return to this particular store and hopefully Tamara R will be available to wait on me again.

I love my pandora addiction. I have had one bracelet break and it was replaced bo problem. I just had a ring replaced for the second time with no problems. Thank you for standing behind your products.

Nancy was very informative about the charms and bracelets. I’ve never been Pandora and so it was overwhelming, but she broke it down step by step for me. She was very patient with me which I appreciate and helped me chose the right ring, bracelets, and charms for my wife. Hopefully she likes the Rose gold!
