The sales associate was amazing and knowledgeable on the items. Was looking for a co-workers retirement gift and the sales associate was able to help me find the ideal gift.

This was my first Pandora purchase. I went in to buy my 9 year old a ring and ended up buying a matching one for myself. I wear it wear it everyday and can't wait to buy another piece. The prices were better than what I thought, I will be back very soon!

All of the sales reps are very patient. I appreciate her checking in the back for a particular size. Nonetheless, it was still out of stock. Stock should be replenished more quickly in such a prime location

The associate Tamara R took her time to show me many charms and bracelets even when I was indecisive. She also made sure to arrange my charms in a way that looked pleasant to the eye.

The sale try to show me the design of the ring of my size, size 9-10, with 2 trays of ring, the manager walk to is without a word and took the tray I was looking away from us. After one tray n the other tray, end up nothing just the ring I was holding. After few seconds, the sales asked her what's going on, and she said "one tray allow at a time". I can understand the policy, but I don't understand the attitude of the manager, and why other can see multiple tray but not me.

Love the friendly staff at this store and the patience the little girl had while I was trying to decide on what bracelet and charms
