Rose, my associate was highly knowledgeable helping me select just the right charms for me. She took her time adding and removing charms so that I could see what they would look like on my bracelet. With all the different kinds of bracelets it's been confusing which charms belong on which bracelet and Rose patiently explained the differences, perfectly.
