I was very satisfied with the service given by Tamara. She was very thoughtful in helping me with the selection of my charms. She polished each of my bracelets with ease. I also liked the way we looked at different designs to add for future purchases on my bracelets. I would highly recommend the Sugarland store.

The associates at this location were always on there feed trying to help customers out. They weren't trying to sell you just anything but they made you felt comfortable in your purchase.

The sales associate greeted us as we walked in & was very helpful & patient in helping us choose 2 presents. She did not rush us through and we feel we made good choices because of that.

The sales associate was very engaging in see my interest as this was a first time purchase. She took her time and showed be several good options before I made my decision. Felt very welcoming.

No reason particular. The sales associate was very nice. I already knew what I wanted before I went to the store. I did not place store pickup order ahead of time bc I needed to get something quickly and was not sure how long the process would take, so decided it was easier to just go in. The associate was very polite and offered a few suggestions, but I had already decided what I wanted in advance.

The long wait before being helped. There is only on case available to view with sale items which causes a long wait. Some of the items in the sales catalog were sold out. I suggest providing more updated information and better customer service on sale items.

Unfortunately, the wait was longer than expected, and the items I had pre selected were not in stock, 3 different selections just in case, all were out. From bracelets to charms etc. sales associate did take time to help find what I liked with what was available. All in all, was a pleasant experience.

The assitant manager talks down to the customers has if they were stupid. She doesn't let customers finish what they are trying to say and is very rude.
