Great quality with many options however the products can be too costly. Unable to return frequently due to price.

The charm I wanted was not in Stock. The salesperson did not know when you will have anymore. She did not attempt to find out either.

Great customer service

The bracket I purchased was not a good buy. It kept slipping off of my arm. To expensive to loose.

Not much to choose from

The manager Tamara handled my initial greeter issue immediately. My sales associate, Jay, was super nice and very knowledgeable. Jay made it super easy for my mom to make a great decision on her 67th birthday. And my mom never sticks to a decision. Lol. Also, I was super impressed with another sales associate named Tanhurah, who gave us great ideas when Jay left to go get a few gift sets to show us.

I found that the prices for the merchandise was not in line with other costume jewelry. The sale stuff was hidden in the back of the store in the back closet and not in any of the counters. The sales person tried really hard to upsell me with silly cloths.

My sales person was helping me and was doing a great job but another person walked over and was sorta of taking over the conversation. She was very pushy in purchasing so I really just cut my visit short. I think we would have bought more than one charm but I was turned off with the pressure.
