Upon arriving to the store there was no line. I was greeted by staff. Often times when going to your stores I feel rushed that was not the case with this visit. “ That may be due to not having People waiting. Thank you.

My bracelet is older and the charms are older. New charm would not go on old bracelet!! I ended up buying new bracelet only to be told that one of my old charms was TOO tight. They had to force the charm on and then said it might not come off!! I am not disappointed in the staff they were very professional. Very disappointed in this product so in the future will think long before I buy from Pandora again

Even though I understand that the pandemic is preventing stores from keeping a certain amount of people inside, I feel like the associate in charge of keeping track of people was not feeling like working that day, she just seemed so lost in time and didn't seem much happy about standing in front of the store, she did not even greeted us or say a word at all, she completely ignored us and others standing in the line and we had to walk inside as we see it fit since she was not really paying attention.

She helped me over the phone since I couldn’t get my order online to go thru and I wasn’t able to use the coupon I was given either which is very upsetting they need to fix the online ordering options seems ok not the only one having issues with it

Just satisfied! On one charms I ask for it first the other sale lady grabbed first I did’t like that . After we ask for it first.
