I wish there was more of a selection and variety, other than that it’s great. There was a bit of a wait when I first walked in, but it wasn’t terrible.

Some of the staff in this location weren't that friendly. However, the associate that helped me through my purchase was really good and friendly.

Charms are not visible to the client, or magazines that lists the charms

I called in advance to make sure that the large asymmetric heart hoop earrings were in stock. I was told there were four in stock. I arrived within the next 30 minutes and the associates could not find any in the store. There were only the medium. They took my information to email me when they got some more in stock. I ended up buying 3 rings and a pair of heart stud earrings anyway. They were nice and helpful.

There were several items out of stock but it was the last day of a sale. It was my birthday and it would've been nice to have had some birthday offer.
