Sales associate was very friendly, but she had me put on all my charms. I purchased a new charm and a safety chain. It's the safety chain I am not happy with, I thought it would have clips to prevent charm and bracelet loss. It's not clips, and it gets all twisted when I work it, and comes off when I take off the bracelet!!! Not sure if they will let me return it.

The store is too small. The customers are right upon each other. I did not like that my personal information could be heard by the customer next to me.

Promo sale #2 store and MERCH selection was already sold out with about a week left to go on the sale. Also, not able to ship MERCH from store-to-store.

I did not have a problem with your sales staff or anyone in the store. My only complaint is that the store is very small and there are not enough of the items displayed. Meaning if you are not sure of what you want, they do not have enough sample of charms bracelets where you can a idea of what you may want.

I had a very nice experience shopping at my local Pandora store. I did however find it unnecessary for the sales associate to try and interest me in adding to my purchase. I came in because I wanted to buy a specific necklace and was waiting for the current promo. I am signed up to receive these notices. The sales person, although very polite, informed me that if I added to my $120 purchase I could qualify to receive an additional bracelet for free. She also asked if I was interested in purchasing some clips and proceeded to put a tray of them in front of me. Again, she was very polite in offering these additional items, but I found it tacky and unnecessary since I was making my $120 purchase. I walked in knowing what I wanted and did not need to be swayed to buy anything else. I am sure she was trained in this tactic and I can understand wanting to sell more, but this is tacky and really kind of a turn off for a customer. This is something I would expect in a store of lesser quality, not from Pandora.

I tried to do survey to get $10 off for next visit one day after my purchase and it told me that it had expired. I don’t understand why when it clearly states to complete within 7 days.

Bracelet broke. Was told it there was a 2yr warranty, found out in store there's only a 1yr warranty. Had to purchase a new bracelet because mine was a yr a week old.
