Sales associated Jonathan seemed somewhat disinterested and distracted during my purchase

Very small store! Lots of people ahead of me! I was in a hurry!!

Good service...patient staff , very happy

As I arrived to the stored I was greeted by the two sales associates. One associate was helping a couple the other just started assisting another customer. I waited for quite a while before someone said I’ll be right with you. I waited so long I already knew what I wanted so I asked one associate for a price on a pair on ears and she gave me a thick product book. Then told me to look through the book for the price. I waited even more until finally after me waiting for about 20 minutes I was helped.

Took too long for a sales associate to acknowledge us....kept walking back and forth without even a hello

I did not like my sales associate. I had to wait 10 minutes to be helped even though there was only one other customer in the store. When I finally helped, the associate was unfriendly and just generally unpleasant.

Depend on store location. Im highly satisfied at the one i went. Didn’t have to wait long

A lot of choices but not the choices specific to particular saints or symbols or places that we have visited.

It was the Christmas rush, yet only two employees present. I had a long waiting time. The iPad checkout was extremely slow for the preceding patron.

It was really crowded. The Sugarland location could use a bigger space.
