Had to wait a while to be waited on, while one associate was just standing around to greet people.

I think the price is overprice. You should have a means of selling 1 piece if we lose 1 earring only instead of buying a pair for full price. They do that at James Avery. The sales person looks not enthusiastic at all, not helpful, maybe she is thinking that we can't buy the merchandise, that is what she looks to me.

The sale rep didn’t really know what I was asking herd

The Sales Associate was friendly and nice. However, she only showed me charms that I particularly asked for. When I asked to see other "travel" charms, she really didn't have any suggestions.

Had to wait 30 minutes in line.

I was looking for three specific charms that are displayed in the catalog. Unfortunately, the location that I visited, did not have any of them.

Sales girl was not knowledgeable nor friendly.

We use to be able to browse and see if we liked something now we have to make a line outside and wait till a sales person is available. We want to be able to look around and see what we want and not be ask right away we’ll what do you want

The customer service was mediocre. Not very welcoming and the selection of rose gold charms was slim. I didn’t have much to choose from.
