I came in I did not get greeted. Another customer came in and got approached to and greeted.. I continued to browse around. I finally made my decision on what I was going to get and the employees were just standing there. I had to wait a little bit before one of them asked “do you need any help?” I said “YES” I do. I was annoyed but I needed to get a few items for my mom”s bday so I didn’t have a chance to go anywhere else. The other customers that they greeted didn’t even purchase anything. I just want them to notice every customer coming in. It really makes a difference.

I went there to purchase a charm for my new key ring I had purchased in Antigua while on vacation & to have my bracelet with charms cleaned. The machine was broken so i wasn’t able to have it done.

1st if all there will be more than one sales associate will follow customer, from front/behind that made me feel irritated and upon asking why I am bering followed the girl left me alone. After selecting items they will show to 2 more associates and them they will come and rematch items on Ipad.. I akedfor the black little square carbon paper which keeps silver stay shiny, I was tied tgat they thriw it away. I bought few items which were on clearance (30% off already) and upon adding your 50% off promo the price was going a little low. But she called another lady to adjust to total 50% off. I asked to see on their iPad I was refused for that.

Nothing special with customer service, not very polite or helpful, not very patient. I already know which products I liked love Pandora products, just there for the them.

While my sales clerk was trying to assist me several ladies (including the store manager) crowded ours space looking at inventory and talking among themselves making it difficult to hear my sales clerk. I actually almost left but the sales lady was really trying to assist me and was very friendly and helpful.

Service provided sometimes is not good. Customer service are in a bad mood sometimes. It takes a lot of time to pay.

This store is never welcoming; I’ve shopped at the First Colony store several times and it’s always associates with flat affect, or annoyed tones.
