While I understand the curtain circumstances of covid-19. I believe there should be more staff availability for curbside if they are offering this service, I called for 30 minutes and there was no answer. Finally, someone called me blocked after 45 minutes and then had an attitude about me telling them I had been calling for 30 minutes. I understand they had a lot of people in store but if this option is provided, there should be more staff available or designated for this particular task.

Stood in the store for minutes before I was addressed by anyone. Came in the store for a number of items and none were in stock The representative kept trying to show me items I did not like. Felt like I had to settle for something that I did not really want.

Once I was at the store, I was not immediately checked in and I waited to be helped as they were busy. Once an sales associate was available I went up but then the assistant manager told me to check in and I was like “what?!”. The lady that was greeting people did not ask me. Soon I was being consulted by another sales associate but then the assistant manager came in to help me since she needed a lunch break. She was not very helpful at all because I had no knowledge of the bracelets. So I waited for another sales associate and she helped a lot and I was on my way with a new bracelet.

I went to the Pandora store in first colony mall. I wanted to get a charm for my friend for her birthday. It was Sunday evening and there was k ly one other customer inside besides me. There were 2 sales person available but none of them greeted or acknowledged me when I entered the store and as I was looking none of the sales rep offered to help or show me anything and had very unpleasant faces. Luckily I had been on the website before visiting the store and knew exactly what I wanted. I asked one of the girls for it and got it and was able to get out of the store in 10 minutes. Otherwise it was extremely sophocating to be in that store with those rude faces and unhelpful attitude. I wanted to buy a pandora bracelet for myself but didnt bother to look around or ask anything about it because of the unfriendliness of the staff.

The sale associate is not friendly. She doesnt want to tell more about the product. She is racist because I'm Vietnamese.

I was making a return. The cashier who was helping was just okay but she was doing her job but the manager (i assume, heavy set African American lady) made me feel incredibly uncomfortable like i was doing something wrong and I was just making a return. I returned two out of six charms so I clearly spent a lot of money on Pandora. I asked the manager for ONE box and she declined and said i should have ordered them. One box was not going to make or break her and her attitude could have been better. I’m disappointed. I usually get exceptional customer service at this location but this experience wasn’t it. I’m sure as a black woman she wouldn’t have appreciated being made feel the way she made me.

Jerryka was very RUDE my mom wanted to look at some charms and she said . Are u going to buy some or no ? if she doesn’t want to be dealing with customer she could go somewhere else . she killed our vibes for christmas shopping! Not coming back to this store

The store itself was beautiful. But I felt as if I were being judge based on my attire due to wearing sweats and a comfy sweatshirt (bc I didn’t want to show up in my work scrubs). The associate wasn’t as friendly and though I understand most will ask an id to match the card, but I was the only one in that store who was asked to show id for my purchase. Even though I have been a regular customer for pandora as shown on my account. It just made me feel as if I were being judge based on how I was dressed as the associate was stand-off ish with me. I have always gone to the pandora location in pearland and in Webster and the associates are always helpful and sweet, I went to sugarland due to the other locations being out of stock of a specific charm that was available in sugarland mall. The location again was beautiful but the staff member made feel like I was targeted directly when I was the only one asked to show id. (I willingly showed it but it did make me feel uncomfortable immediately).

The associates were not sincere, they said hello because they had to and it took at least another 10 minutes for another associate to help me with a product. They took out a charm one at a time, which was silly because I’m sure I would have found another charm I liked if she took out the entire display to show. The associates did the absolute minimum interaction with customers and talked to each other instead.

The sales associate was very rude when it came to replacing my rings. Neglected some service and interaction was not very pleasant. When it came to replacing the ring she was vey condescending and when I said I was going to repurchase it get attitude changed . Will probably not be returning to this store . Very unsatisfied with the customer service and the lack of attention.
