No one acknowledged us when we walked in. Sale associates were in the back talking with each other and even passes by next to us and didn’t ask if we needed help. Associate helping us looked like she didn’t want to be there, not really wanting to help. Store was not busy for them to be acting this way.

I ALREADY SUBMITTED A SURVEY, BUT IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE IT WENT THROUGH. I'M RESUBMITTING. I BOUGHT A BRACELET. THE GENTLEMAN WHO HELPED ME KEPT RUFFLING HIS HAIR EVERY SINGLE MOMENT. IT WAS VERY UNSANITARY TO WITNESS THAT. THEN WHEN I WAS TRYING TO PAY, HE COULD NOT FIND THE LENGTH OF THE BRACELET - WASN'T IT ON THE CODE/BAG? 2 OTHER ASSOCIATES CAME TO HELP, AND IT TOOK THEM LONGER TO TRY AND MEASURE THE LENGTH OF THE BRACELET, THAN FOR ME TO SHOP FOR THIS ITEM. THE 3 ASSOCIATES KEPT USING THE MEASURING TAPE, AND THE MEASURING BOARD. I DONT UNDERSTAND?!? DO THEY NOT HAVE EXPIERIENCE RINGING UP A BRACELET, OR MEASURING A BRACELET? ONE OF THE AGENTS HAD A "SALES LEAD" TAG. WHEN THEY FINALLY FINISHED, THEY PLACED THE BRACELET INTO THE BAG. I WAS NOT HAPPY THAT 3 ASSOCIATES WERE HANDLING THE BRACELET BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THEM, AND NOT CLEANING IT, BEFORE GIVING IT TO ME. VERY UNSANITARY.

The employees at the first colony location are very rude and unprofessional. They rushed us through our purchases on multiple occasions. They speak badly about other customers as they walk out the door. And would not let us look at charms as they assumed we were going to steal them. I am very disappointed in their customer service and this location.

I went to have a ring replaced and my other rings cleaned. The sales associate didn’t ask me if all my rings came from there, she told me they came from James Avery when I purchased all of my rings with Pandora. She was not gracious and friendly

I chose to shop at this location because I received an email about the free bracelet sale. After leaving the store and checking my receipt I noticed that it was not brought to my attention that I was entitled to another free bracelet. It seemed as though the associate was new by the was the manager was helping her.

Took forever to check out. Offered me one promotion, closed me out. Then, offered me a second promotion without telling me they could be combined or offering either or at the time of purchase. Without asking or telling me what had to be done, they returned my items, then rang them up again. This mean my credit card has to be used twice for the same purchase I did not ask to be returned.

They were out of cleaner, and charm clasps, the majority of the charms were sold out. All of these items were sold out and no one in the the store had any idea when they would be getting anything back in. Very frustrating

The sale associate who originally helped us was great, it was that associate who came at the end who we were very dissatisfied with as if we stole something!
