had to wait 30 minutes to just get into the store. once let in, no one was able to help. and once i was finally helped, i was told the wrong prices from what was advertised online and almost charged more. paid for items that i did not receive aswell. came back to get them, and manager sofia said she was going to call me later. later when? when i was home and would had to come all the way back? this error was due to the fact that a new employee was being thrown around. very unprofessional.

Went to return some charms that I purchased not even two days ago. The only reason why I returned the items was because of the associate failing to share the 35% off promtion that was going on Fridays. I had given out one of the three charms away as a birthday gift to my mother. I didn't see why I had to drive 6 hrs to pick up that one charm. I had the other two which I was given the credit. I feel like I was taken advantage of me being a male and the store wanting to hit their sales for the day. The manager should have just given me credit for all three charms. I was going to buy them all back anyways. The manager didn't take into consideration I just got back from a 6 hr trip visiting my mother for her birthday. I'm never going back to that location again. If maybe I didn't have to go through all that hassel I would have bought more items after I was given a refund for all three items.

I knew what I was looking when I went in but did not see the charm. I stood by the counter for 20 min. waiting. The sale assoc. was told I was next, but she kept going to others who had enter the store after me. Customers kept telling her that I was next!! She treated me as though I did not belong in the store.

Para comenzar habia mucha gente en la tienda. Luego salio una Sra a atenderme que no mostraba mucho entusiasmo. Fui a devolver una pulsera y a comprar directamente en la tienda porque online no daba con el tamańo que me ajustara. Compre casi $500 y devolvi la pulsera de $60 que lleve con caja y todo tal como la habia recibido.A la hora de retirarme le pregunte a la vendedora si tenia bolsitas de tela para colocar mi compra y me dijo que NO que se le habian agotado, le pedi entonces la bolsita que lleve y ella solo intercambiaba miradas con la compańera que estaba al lado y me dijo que yo no le habia dado ninguna bolsita, volvi a revisar la caja de envio que yo habia llevado y ya no estaba la bolsita y estoy segura que la lleve y se la di. En primer lugar no es por el valor de la bolsita, pero como es posible que haga una compra de $500 y no tengan nada donde darle al cliente la mercancia y en segundo lugar como tienen el descaro de discutirme a mi y a mi esposo que no habia llevado la bolsita con la pulsera de la devolucion.Pense recibir un mejor trato en las tiendas, mejor comprar online. Gracias

I walked in the store none of the associates acknowledged me. Not even a will be with in a minute. Was there for about 8 minutes finally someone said something. The only reason I didn’t leave was because I was shopping with my niece for her birthday present. I guess the thought I want going to buy anything

If I wanted to order online I would, I like to see things before I purchase which is nearly impossible at your store. It’s like Fort Knox. I know it’s small but find a way to display more merchandise ...stop whipping out a catalog or iPad to look at. Have one cabinet with earrings, one cabinet with rings etc. Biggest pet peeve is refusing to clean or service when having a sale. (Which is very often) Can’t even drop off :( My girls love the jewelry and you have beautiful pieces but Mama feels it’s not worth it for the service tbh

The associate was very unfriendly. She did not look like she wanted to be there. She offered no advice when I was debating on a charm. I asked for her to pull out a tray for a specific charm. The associate picked up a charm with the intention of adding it to her own bracelet. I broke a ring of mine and she offered barely any assistance in fixing the problem. In fact, she told be to see if i could take it to another jeweler to be fixed.

I was not satisfied with the level of service I received due to the fact that I spent over 300 dollars worth of merchandise and I asked for a charm opener (which I know other people have gotten for free) and the sales associates refused to give me one. I am a frequent customer and consider that sometimes a special perk or treatment should be given when spending so much money at the store.

The overall wait was not satisfactory. The emailed for the percentage off was deceiving and the sale items were very limited.
