I experience the lowest level of customer service from the Manager (Tamera) on 9/16/21. This was the second poor exhibit of service from this rep. I experienced and witness this poor service before in December. She was unhelpful, unprofessional, and unapologetic with assisting me to correct the issue at hand. She even instructed the sales associate to not assist me. during the transaction that resulted in multiple payments for merchandise. she treated me unfair by requesting to see my id for a debit transaction and did not request it of other customers. I will not return to this location nor will i recommend it to friends, family, or people who admire my jewelry.

The person that helped was very rude when I went to exchange my bracelet she said that I didn’t even go to her store to buy just because my children had bought it at memorial but I was going there to exchange.

We arrived at the store with a pink chain across the entrance of the store. No one greeted us. The sales team looked at us and pointed at us, but no one greeted us. Finally the manger said that they will let us in shortly. The sales rep did not say hi nor talked to us as my daughter picked a ring. I understand COVID protocol, but the procedure does not mean poor customer service. If it wasn’t for my daughter wanting a certain ring, I would have walked away.

I bought a gift a day earlier open a credit card to receive 10 percent off. Was told I had 7 days to make changes and could exchange for same price. I came in the following day we exchanged for same priced products but the store charged us 10 percent more on the exchange then the day before . This was not told to us and we discovered it later and came back to get it fixed and the associates and manager refused to fix it nor wanted to help.

I had placed an order online and someone at the Pandora shipping center mislabeled my items. When I tried to return an item at the store the online receipt showed $0.00 because they had to replace a lost order and it looked as if I got two orders and had already returned it. The experience was horrible because I had to explain myself about a screw up that was done to my original order.

When I got there, there was no one there to help me. I felt very ignored. But really the problem for me was that they added a clip on my bracelet that I didn’t even want and they charged me for it . I didn’t notice until I left and was about an hour away from the mall. These people were insisting too much in adding the clip to my bracelet that they left it there completely ignored that I said no to it . Caused me an argument between my husband and I. But thanks pandora, I see how y’all are trained to make sales now.

I said excuse me ma’am twice I know she heard me and she didn’t look at me she was In the computer she looked at me after a while and I asked her do y’all have this ring ? She said I’ll help you later and left me stand up then she walked to a door they have and since she realized she left me standing up with no answer she said yes we do and closed the door. I left really disappointed about how she treated me.

I was not satisfied with the ring I purchased yesterday. I wanted to purchase one more expensive because the crystals bothered my finger. I wore the ring out not knowing I couldn't exchange it. On my receipt it says I have 30 days to exchange.
