Had to wait an hour in line

Knowledgeable friendly store associate. Clearly Understood my questions. Able to make suggestions.

This was my first time at Pandora. And the lady was so nice. She got exactly what I wanted for my stepdaughter. It was so pretty the bracelet.

Did not have to wait long for service; sales associate very helpful and knowledgeable and even took time to clean my bracelet and reorganize my charms.

Sales associate was very knowledgeable of store policies and was able to help me with a problem with a pandora gift. She also gave a solution to correct the problem. She was very pleasant and was attentive to helping me. Store was clean and bright. Also, on this day there was no line outside.

The lady that took care of us really gave a warm smile and make sure we were comfortable, she knew exactly what she was talking about.

The sales associate was patient, professional and seemed to enjoy her job based on the time and energy spent helping me.

I have been waiting in the line for more than 30 minutes after on of the associate was available for me I forgot completely about the 30 minutes. She was so kind and professional.
