The Manager was so helpful ,pleasant ,experience and a pleasure to be around .Donna was so polite ,and very helpful she knows her thing .Donna makes shopping fun and exciting.

We were greeted and given catalogs while waiting on line outside the store, the reps sanitized their station after each guest and reps Briana & Donna were very knowledgeable. This all contributed to an enjoyable experience.

I am highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the staff was friendly. They even gave us candy as we waited online. The merchandise is great quality and I’m excited to build my Pandora collection.

I love pandora products but never a good sale.

The sales associate came to the line to hand out booklets for Pandora. I asked her if a certain charm was available and she informed me that only 2 were available. I asked for her to put the 2 to the side for me since i wanted both of them & she did. My purchase was very fast & accurate along with getting a free bracelet for that current deal.

I spoke with the Manager about a broken bracelet and she was extremely helpful in getting a replacement. Also the salesperson was very helpful in helping me with purchasing a birthday present.

The process of getting the items I wanted was extremely easy after I called to reserve them. The store stayed open after closing time to help every potential customer. The associates were also great and helpful.
