I went in to exchange a bracelet that was too small. The sales associate Ashley was externally helpful and knowledgeable. I bought some charms as well and she suggested that I get a safety chain to protect my bracelet. Did an upsell without being pushy. She was great!

The sales lady took her time and was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Had my bracelets looking like knew. She noticed my charm was broken and told me I was able to replace it. I appreciate that.
