The employees there are very pleasant. They’re are also very helpful to their knowledge and if not they’ll have someone else who works there to assist with your purchase(s). I live in Brooklyn but I like this location in Green Acres Mall.

The store was clean and orderly. The staff cleaned items, table top debit/credit card machine and had sanitizer for the customers. They were very courteous and patient, although there was a line.

I needed to exchange clips that I purchased online that did not fit my bracelet, clean my bracelet, tighten the closure in my bracelet, and get a safety chain. Tilly assisted me with all of this was patient, sweet, and friendly.
